Hinged Cable Clips V2

Make cable management fun, seriously! These cable clips offer refined improvements over the original Hinged Cable Clip design with much stronger latching and easier release.

How does it work you ask? A redesigned latch that is held in place under it's own tension. The real trick was designing it to print in place with no supports requires. 🤣

HARDWARE: (either)
• 2.5 x 10mm wood screw
• ½" wide double sided tape

PRINT INSTRUCTIONS
Prints as one part. Hinges should print correctly with default PrusaSlicer settings. After print completes carefully pry open the clip, this should slowly break lose the hinges. Front clip will close hard the first time but will loosen up once compressed. Attach to any surface using either 2.5mm wood screw or ½" wide double side tape.

Filament: PETG
Nozzle Size: 0.4mm
Print Height: 0.2-0.35mm
Infill: 10-20%
Support: None!

If you have any issues with the hinges melting together or are running an alternative type of 3D printer, I've included files below with looser hinges that should help.
