I wanted to add some lighting to my IKEA Lack Enclosure and decided to go with some LED strips from Amazon. I also wanted to angle these so that they pointed towards the printer, even those mounted on the under side of the lid when it was open.

These strips have pins and sockets in the ends to help with aligning them in a straight line. I also had a section where I wanted to hide some wires, so I added an internal channel for wire management.

There's probably a better way to do this, but I created a model for each length of the strip from 1 cm up to 20 cm so they could easily be mixed and matched for the overall desired length.

These should be able to handle LED strips as wide as 14mm. There are many options out there to choose from. I ended up using these LEDs from Amazon for my enclosure and had several feet left over when I was done. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PLZ385X/

I also created a wire grommet to cleanly pass the power cable through the base of my Lack Enclosure. The end of the LED strip power plug was a tight fit and took a little force to push it through the grommet.
