I've made some drawer handles I needed for my woodworking project and decided to share the design for everyone.

I printed them on the long side, stopping the print on 25mm height to incert the nylon M5 nuts.
Other print settings are: standard Prusa MK3S “0.2mm QUALITY” profile but with added modifier around the nuts to bump number of walls up to 8 making it essentially a solid object.
Everything is already oriented how it's supposed to be printed.

Still, 4 handles took only 49g of filament, and being printed with PLA+ (PETG will also be just fine) it's durable enough, as my test print showed.

Let me know if you want a different distance between the holes or different nut size: I made this for hardware I have and for drawers I made myself.
