Printing

• All parts can be printed without supports
• 2 perimeters and 10% gyroid infill is sufficient. Most of the design is perimeter walls.
• Shutter can be printed in PLA, but avoid silk or matte PLAs. These are often extremely brittle.
• Customize the sign in CAD or Prusaslicer's text tool (alpha release)

Options

• Size: Large or Small. With careful placement, a small case can be printed on a Prusa Mini.
• Sign: Print vertical for or flat to support filament swaps and custom text.

Assembly

• Slide shutter into the track in the bottom case.
• Align the top case. 
• Add staples to hold two halves together. Glue if needed.
• Insert sign. Glue if needed.
