This is a remix of the cool Thingiverse project of mordaha that I optimized for my requirements in the following terms:

• used 2x M3x20 screws as lever axles instead of 1x M3 screw and 1x filament
• levers have a bit more space to each other to move more easily
• added grip area for more precise dispensing
• added channels on big lever and main part for a rubber band or o-ring
• added fixture for an optional spring between small and big lever (outer diameter: 10mm / inner diameter 8mm), model works also quite well without the spring
• added two big lever versions with FLUX and PASTE marking beside a neutral one

Printing parameters

• layer height is not critical, I used 0,3mm
• for the piston I recommend at least 10mm brim and 3 outer perimeters to prevent stability issues
• no supports needed
• best printed in PLA

For the complete dispenser you need to print 4 parts:

• main part
• one of the big levers (choose fitting to your needs)
• small lever
• piston

I added a syringe needle cap, to easily close and open broached syringes without the need to disassemble the needle. The cap also is a remix, the original was too short for my needles.
