I recommend to print this standing on one surface at the Bottom like one of the pictures show. It might work best if the inner gap is facing upwards. 

I printed mine on an Ender 3 S1 with 
- Fillamentum Wizards Voodoo PLA
- 210°C
- 0,08mm Layer height
- Option: Avoid crossing parameters enabled
- Option: lift Z: 0,4mm 
- Supports!
- Brim
