This cat toy is unique and puzzling to comprehend at first glance, but prints all at once with no supports. 

The ball inside rattles around but cannot be removed from the D20 (trust me, I've torture tested it with my cats). 

It also makes a lot less noise than a bell or some other captive ball designs, so your cats can safely use it without alerting the neighbors that it's play time.

As with any cat toy, please supurrvise your furry friend to make sure no oopsies happen, and take swift action in the event it does. Also keep away from children and dogs, as those creatures tend to deconstruct plastic toys.
