The great original model requires much support, which is a certain challenge when removing.

I have created a new model that offers some advantages:

• you can print individual parts as needed
• the individual brushes can even be printed entirely without support in about 6 minutes
• 4 different brush types

Update 19.09.2023:

I had some problems with the first version:

• too soft brushes that got tangled up ( too soft TPU)
• on the carpet the side brush did not work properly and got stuck

I have redesigned all the parts again and again and the latest version (V6) now works with my Roborock V1 and on the carpet. It should have the same dimensions as the original Xiaomi part.

There are now 4 different brushes:

• normal/original
• thicker arm, thicker brush
• thicker arm, but with a thinner transition
• thicker arm, normal transition, but thinner tip

With this you now have the possibility to have the right brush ready depending on the need or softness of your printing material.

The hole in the lid is intentionally a little narrow so that the screw does not fall out when opening.

The following print recommendations for TPU refer to Amazon Basics TPU. You may need to adjust the layer height or infill to the hardness of your material.
